No new bad news at least.

My cousin still has not turned up. And so I'm leaning more towards that this has more potential for good than if they had of found him by now. I see it as this....if they haven't found him, he's not dead. They would have found him more than likely by now. Its been 3 weeks and there were no signs of kidnapping or foul play by his room mates or anyone he works with.

So the detective has pretty much put the case in the "deal with it later" pile and is moving on. Don't blame him. Not much he can do at this point so...its up to my cousin now. If he's still alive and kicking, to drop someone a line. But if he's decided to abandon his life like he most likely has chosen to do....then I hope he at least gets some real help and gets his shit taken care of. 

We think he's heading the L.A. There's some church/cult there he talked about alot....so in a week or two my family is gonna start making some phone calls to see if he made it to that area or not yet.

In other news. My sister and her boyfriend have returned from their month-long trip in Japan. Which I'm sure was fan-fuckin-tastic. I wish I could've gone....but a theres no way in hell I could afford it. And I probably would have gotten taken to the side at every security check because I've got that "hard to get a table at chucky cheese by myself" look going on right now. With the long hair and the big unkempt beard. lol.

Anyway. I'm glad they are back safely. I'll post some pictures from their trip once they send them my way.

As for gaming...still playing Borderlands. I dunno why....I've got the 1500 points from it. So I'm technically "done" with the game. But I find myself farming Crawmarex for pearlescent weapons and getting my hunter Samu El Jackson up to snuff. He's 51, but his proficiencies aren't where I want them yet. Also hoping maybe that Gearbox will make at least 1 more DLC before they start talking sequel.

Also got a funny idea for a new class in Borderlands...well more of an unlockable character. Steve. His special ability would be yelling "HEYOOOOOOOO!" then everyones stats get a huge boost for a short period of time. Health regen, ammo regen, better accuracy...etc..   I think it'd be hilarious. But thats just me.

In other other news. 
Jules is starting to feel better. Which is awesome. For the past month or so her meds have been out of whack and thats been a huge drain on both of us. Because she can't do what she needs or wants to...and so I've gotta try to pick up the slack, ontop of work and whatnot. Which I know I don't do a good enough job of. lol. But I'm just glad things are starting to balance back out and there's a break now.

And finally...I'm gonna be 30 soon....like in a year or so...and I'm still working for under $10 an hour. Not in a "career". Thats kinda depressing to me. I'm trying to find better. Got my resume typed up and ready to hand out. Just gotta find some places that would actually bother to look at it right now. The few places I have looked into are either not hiring or were really nice about it and said I was "over qualified" for the job. 

Might be time to see what kind of financial aid I can get and maybe learn a new trade.
