Monday, Monday... Part Deux.

    Apologies for the thin blog this AM. After my morning drive home, I slept in till the afternoon, saw Mom, had dinner (Chef's Salad with almost no carbs, BTW), did some food shopping, and then went straight home to bed. My plan for today is to see Dr. Anti-House at noon and then begin the shopping expeditions for the week. I have delusions of trying to see a movie this week, since I got an email from Fandango that the 3D version of Avatar is playing locally, but the odds are slim... And speaking of slim, lost another four pounds this week. I'm not making any special effort to exercise, tho I did start taking a walk this AM. I'm determined to get off as many of the pills as I can, as I've seen first hand the horrid side-effects of the maintenance drugs my parents (and now me) are on.
