LSU not LSU

The tigers should have obliterated Unc who were missing 13 players but they didn't. It is clear that LSU is not a contender in the west this year expect to see them 4th. Patrick Peterson is for real. I heard on the commentary he was clocked 4.26 40 speed, I believe it. This will be another year Les underachieves, and may be gone w/out a 9/10 win season. Who replaces him...

I was too exhausted after the Bama game finished to pay much attention to this one. However, after the weekend, I'm feeling a bit better about the SEC West. Ole Miss lost to a 1-AA team, LSU struggled in a prime time game against a decimated team, Auburn gave up 26 points to a 4-8 Sun Belt team. Bama's offense showed some promise, but the defense showed some cracks. That is fine against sub-par competition, but it needs to be shored up to have a chance at the SEC Championship. As for who would replace Les if he's let go after this year...good question. Do they go after Kirby Smart, or does he hold out for UGA? Do they go the route of the "young up and comer who had a better than expected season at random small school, a la Turner Gill". Personally, I'd be elated if they brought Curly Hallman back.

Chris Peterson of Boise State to LSU would be slam dunk. His management of talent plus the talent pool of Louisana is a deadly combo.
