Had a really nice birthday dinner with Mama Joker on Saturday, and my beloved Effie and I followed it up with a wonderful weekend together, capped off by dinner with her family on Sunday! It was a wonderful time, and I've never been happier than I am now!
Hoping to meet up with my Pretty Gal this afternoon, but that will depend on the water currently pouring into my basement!! I have my long-scheduled follow-up with the implacable Doctor Anti-House today, also. I'm hoping that my continued controlled weight loss will impress him, and I hope that the blood test results came out OK for cholesterol, etc. I really, really don't want to have to start taking any pills again, lol. Moving on...
