    Another year comes to a close, and my beloved Effie and I wish all of you a wonderful, safe New Year's Eve!! The countdown to 2012 is already on, and my loving Gamer Gal and I hope to ring it in quietly at home with no muss and no fuss. We have no festivities planned, per se, tho I'm planning a toast of Asturian cider, which Effie and I were lucky enough to find at our local grocery store, lol. We got together with Mama and Papa Joker and my older brother Rick yesterday for dinner, and Effie and I had an awesome Italian feast. It's eighteen hours later now, and I still feel full, lol.
