Blizzard has pushed the reset button on the next gen MMO called Titan. They also reduced the amount of staff working on the title. The expected ETA is sometime 2016. This is not good for Blizzard who is currently losing WoW subscribers.
It's a shame as I was hoping to get into a Blizzard MMO from the start. I was really looking forward to this title. Oh well, at least there's Guild Wars 2.

People still have a bad taste in their mouths over DiabloIII. Mists of Pandaria is still not going down well. I think that Blizzard made the right decision here. Recent history in MMO land shows one tanking MMO after the other with a user-base that gets ever more vocal. Blizzard has almost no goodwill left, apart from a cadre of staunch blizzard-apologists.
The only reason I can think of why they would have taken Titan back to the drawingboard is because they've realised that whatever they have now, it is not good enough to present. Workable and playable may be, but people are just waiting to unload crap on Blizzard at every turn.
Another reason could be to see how TESO does. That's another major IP taken to MMO-land, either to die or to trive. We should probably have no illusions about TESO... SWOTOR was a misscarriage and from what I've seen from TESO, it's setting itself up to follow suit.

I don't expect much from TESO. I really need to see what PvP options they have. A lot of the new MMO's don't understand the game. Say what you will about WoW, it still has a ton of subscribers. They make bank every month.
I'll just stick with GW2 for now. There's no subscription (I did spend a good bit on their store though) and I really enjoy the WvWvW battles. I'm usually pvping every night.
