Well no biggie I stayed and did the interview and knew they wouldn't call back which is fine with me cause I'm no salesman thats for sure but oh well better things will come along
So after 5 years I just broke out my music gear that means Mini Vox amp,Boss GT 5, Pro co Rat 2 and my Boss DS-1..I haven't played in so long and my ring & pinky finger on my right hand don't really straighten out from an odd injury or tendon issue. I play lefty if no one knew Anyways it took me about 10 mins to set everything up,figuring what went where and after a little while I pulled out a few riffs very roughly I might add, but I was very impressed with myself. I did manage to play "Im gonna be your god by Slayer but is really The Stooges I wanna be your dog and it didn't sound half bad I must say
I guess there's still some magic left in this old boy who turns 40 this year
Thanks for listening

I've been to a few interviews where it's posted as one thing, you get there and it's something kinda similar but not something i'm qualified to do. Kinda pisses me off, it's not like it's free to get to an interview and when you're unemployeed every penny counts. Can't afford to waste money going to bullshit interviews.

Oh yeah man it sucks. I feel like no one is actually reads my resume that I put all this time into and then you get all the way down to interview and they say oh you need to have this type degree to get this job and I tell them that wasn't listed and I have said to them sounds like you're just collecting resumes ..If I have to go into Boston cause I live like 40 mins South of it I have to take whats called the commuter rail now its like 11.00 each way unless I get a pass from the ticket booth and I can only get that coming home so theres basically $20.00 . Now if the place isn't in walking distance of South Station in Boston I'll have to hop on the train and thats like $2.00 each way unless you get a transfer and then when they look at my resume for like 2 sec says fill this out ask me all the basic question and say well say right now we screening for people we will let you know if a few days and never call back I pretty much lose my mind . Then if I get the job and it's in Boston the pass from where I am will cost me $252.00 a month it covers commuter rail and reg subway/buses ..so it's gotta be worth it for me to go to it ..I don't know what state you live in Tank but heres the website for our train systems here in Boston
