Request for 2 new forums

One of the forums that are missing from v2 are the PC gaming forums that were available.  I think we could use a PC forum to discuss topics that aren't based on a specific genre of games, such as discussing Steam, Origin, voice clients, PC hardware, etc. There is no forum where this discussion could appropriately be made.  Also, of the genres listed in the gaming forums, one that is not covered is strategy games.
