Xbox live in a hotel?

I am going to be travelling for long periods for work sook.  Is there a way to get xbox live in the hotel room?  I know even when a hotel has free internet, you have to go to their main page to enable it, which you can't do on the xbox.  Anyway around this?

What I used to do was login with my laptop and get access, then change the mac address on my xbox to match the laptop.  At that hotel once you validated with the laptop it would accept the mac address for several days.  I played a lot of multiplayer on a wired connection with no problems, but your mileage may vary.

The way around the webpage thing is you use the 'alternate mac' configuration options on the xbox and put your laptops MAC address in there for whatever network card you use to connect to the hotel's internet.  Agree to their terms on the website and once you can access the interent on your laptop, disconnect your laptop and connect your 360.

That usually works.

Back with our original xbox, we would call the internet help line and explain what we were trying to do and they could validate us over the phone.

The mac address thing seems like an easier way to go.

I stayed in a motel for a year while working out of town. I was playing online every night.

All I did was connect to the internet with my laptop and set up internet sharing on the network port.

Worked fine for me.
