Logitech's soon-to-be released Chillstream controller is your next-generation device of choice for the PC. This controller blows...
...3.41 cubic feet of air into your hands while you game! GENIUS! There are a few people I know that have some serious sweat problems when they game (read: sgreth). This controller, for the PC gamer, is the ultimate solution. This also helps those poor victims who pickup the controller after your sweaty friend is done playing a game of Battlefield 2 and it slips from your hands onto the ground in a sopping pile of human fluid.
The D-pad is supposed to be innovative, using four independant contact points instead of one pivot point like a typical D-pad controller. This is supposed to, by Logitechs words, make the D-pad more precise. The question is...who uses a D-pad for gaming anymore?
And for those that are thinking the same as I...yes, it sure does look like an Xbox controller.
The downfall? It is not going to be released until September but it will cost USD $39.99. Not bad for a controller full of hot air...
Thanks to TANK for the update
