Arrow

Heyo all,

Purely by accident I stumbled across a brand new show tonight, was the pilot episode, on The CW.  It's called "Arrow".  I glanced at the info on the channel guide and saw it was something about a guy named Oliver and his desire to create a vigilante hero to watch over his city.....uh....hmmmm...that certainly sounds familiar.  

It was apparent in the opening minute that it was a show about The Green Arrow - sweet!  So I've now got a new show to watch on Wednesdays at 7pm.  It really wasn't that bad either.  They made a good pick for the actor to play Oliver and they did a good job so far of showing his skills.  I've always liked Green Arrow and have tried several times to get into his comic, but the last time was right when DC was doing their big restart and I just didn't feel like starting it for the 3rd time(plus the art didn't look that great, at least compared to the Green Arrow series that had just ended).  

At the end of the show it said it would be available for streaming on the CW's free app.  So if you guys watch it, let me know what you think.
