New Around here.
I found 2old2play on the MWo forums. I have not run with anyone yet. I am curious as to what night or nights you all generally run. I have looked through your forum and it would seem Friday evening is you guys meet up. I am anxious to play with a coordinated group. I have little patience for PUGS. Is it ok to just add the friends list from the forum? Some people have a distaste for uninvited communication.
I am a long time Table Top gamer and have enjoyed blowing up my friends over a HEX map most Saturdays for the last 15 years or so. I hope I have found a spot to do some digital BSU.
Looking forward to play time.
Cyn.
Welcome Cynfire! Go ahead and add the friends list in game. I think many of us are waiting for open beta or more content right now. I'm an evening player (8pm until whenever EST) 3-5 nights a week and there are several other players on around that time.
Make sure to get Raidcall up. When no one else is online I still leave it running in case someone else pops in for a game. Sometimes I still overlook the blinking friends button in the mechlab, so Raidcall is the best way to get my attention.
Welcome! Glad to see a new face.
Like DR said go ahead and add the friends list, join raidcall as that is our official VOIP client (its free). No such thing as unwanted communication with us. Well except that heavy breathing incident of O'12.... but regardless its good to have ya aboard.
Welcome CynFire, glad you could join us!
Cheers! Welcome!
welcome CynFire
Welcome GatorG, Great gaming with ya last night! Hope to see ya round soon!
Woo, new 11th Ghost members everywhere! Next vid will be a propaganda tool for the 2old2play contigent to keep them flowing in, I'll take your suggestions into consideration, Polteg :)
I know Cynfire was asking about the nights we play... I'm basically there for a bit every night, though I might come and go and there's certainly no regular schedule. Once VOIP is in the game we'll be able to hook up there, but in the meatime Polteg's suggestion to get into the Raidcall/C3 channel when you're playing is a good one for now. I always forget though TBH... I occasionally check the "social" tab and if I see people on my friends list online I load up Raidcall. So my advice, I guess, is to send friend requests to everyone in the list above!
