I'm Rich!
Well, I'm on my way. I haven't signed in since Halo 4 dropped and I forgot I got a tremendous bargain. A little bit ago they put a patch in place which increased the amount of dyes that were dropped. The market plummeted. I figured it was for good.
That was not the case. A few days later a new patch comes out. I checked the Patch Notes on Reddit, sure enough they fix the drop rate to normal. I quickly sign in and buy all that I can afford. Right now I'm selling them for an incredible profit. Like beginning of the game profit. I always miss out on oppurtunities like this and am glad I finally got in on one.

Damn, that's nuts. I bought a bunch of dyes a couple weeks ago and everything was really cheap, a few silvers. I have never really looked for dyes before in the TP so I figured those were normal prices... ah well.
Did you participate in phase 3 of the event on Sunday? Apparently tons of people, the ones that were able to log in for the event and or not get disconnected anyway, got Precursors as well as tons of exotics from the chest at the end. Those precursors sell for 100-200 gold. If I had known that I might have tried to log on for Phase 3. I gave up on Lost Shores after how shitty Phases 1 and 2 were.
No, I haven't really fired up GW2 since Halo 4 shipped. Getting back into it now. Working on leveling a Ranger or Theif (both super low levels right now). And now I come back to find out there is new gear? My Exotics are meh now. Boo.
Yeah, Ascended gear. I'm not happy about that. I've still never run any dungeons and at this point I probably never will. Unless they make Ascended gear available through WvW I'll likely never see any and therefore be at a big disadvantage in PvP.
I don' t play that much anymore either. Mainly I just log in and either go to WvW or I level another alt. I wouldn't really recommend leveling a Ranger, they are by far the worst profession in the game and did not get the buffs we were promised with the last patch. That said I almost exclusively play my 80 Ranger now, heh. I find my 80 Thief and Warrior boring, too easy to kill people and survive. Ranger is definitely a challenge to play in PvP, which might be why I like it. I also gave up on leveling a Mesmer due to the OPness. I have a low level Necro and an Engineer that I enjoy playing and will proably choose one of them to level to 80.
The Ranger is promised buffs, so I'm sure I'll get them by the time I get this alt to 80. Which will take forever since I most likely will hop in WvW with the warrior. My thief is about 20ish. So I have that to mess with. Lots to do.
We play every friday around 20-21:00 gmt till about midnight :)
