Gears 3 practice/training nights?

I'm not great at this game by any means. But I would like to get better. Especially with the gnasher and the hammerburst.

Would anyone be willing to help me practice a night or two during the week to improve my hammy & gnash skills?

Only night thats not usually good for me is Wednesday nights. Rest of the week is pretty open.
