Hi guys I am not new to the forums just new to this part.
I have not played GW2 since the release of Black Ops 2 on Xbox so we are talking 2 and a bit months. I go to log in yesterday and after a short download i get a error message saying this account has been blocked due to inactivity,Botting and a couple of other things.
My problem i have is .
I have contacted support and added as much details i could email rough date purchased blah blah. I do not have a copy of the email from when i purchased the game as my Hotmail account was hacked and everything was deleted when i retrieved it. Support are saying they cannot confirm ownership of the account. I can still log into the Forums and check ,y account out but i cannot log into the forums for some reason. The only serial key i have got is my beta key.
Is there a way of retreiving a serial key from my computer game files ? amd what rights do i have as a consumer?

You can't get the serial from the game files as far as i know. You should have gotten the serial in an email.
AS far as rights go. Not much. If they suspect the account was hacked or violated the TOS they can terminate it quite simply.
I have my account back now. What server are you guys on as i may take a look around.
a bunch of us are on StormBluff Isle. WE are in a guild called "select Few" if you want to hope on.
Might not be for long. I'm expecting another server transfer this weekend.
Jesus, with all these transfers its really a pain in the ass to play.
No kididng, it's really ridiculous. I've had to transfer around 5-6 times already looking for decent servers and now that SBI is dead need to transfer again... If paid transfers had been there from launch this problem wouldn't exist, people just got so used to jumping servers every day when their's was losing in WvW that no one developed any kind of server "pride". Now whole guilds just up and leave suddenly and then everyone follows and a top server becomes a ghost town. I'll transfer once more before it starts costing $, but that's it for me. If the new servers sucks then I'm basically done with the game.
The WvW guilds panicked. Plain and simple. It's a shame as the core guilds were very good. We could of recruited as we are the only T1 / T2 server that is open. The server could of been saved. Now there is no solid wvw guild left. Every single one that was active has left. Every one. I'm hoping T3 will be better. FA has the chance to even move to T2. All I want is an even battlefield. Tired of all the weeks of a double team.
i think they mostly panicked because of the paid transfers they are now instituting.
