The awesome thing was, as I was waiting outside, I saw a bunch of people coming to Best Buy and picking up Gears of War. A few people made some funny remarks. One guy is like, "I hope you guys brought enough food!" Another one said, "Where is the line for PS4? Is it on the other side?"
Eager PS3 shoppers or gamers looking for publicity? They were, in fact, waiting in "line" since Monday. It is hard to tell but it's very possible they may get the attention anyway - many news stations tend to pickup the "action" of gamers sitting in lines camping days, weeks and even months before a sale. Will they publicize the PS3 launch lines - depends on how slow the real news stories will be...
