The Ubisoft Q4 game lineup gave gamers an insight into the upcoming cames from Ubisoft, a highly popular publisher for hit games. Oddly enough, Ghost Recon Advance Warfight 2 was listed on all platforms but the PlayStation 3.
1up.com was curious as to why it was missing from the lineup. They questioned Ubisoft and they admitted the product has been delayed but not canceled. Surprised? Not with the delay in releasing Splinter Cell and Rainbow Six: Vegas on the PlayStation 3.
Apparently, if you're holding out for the higher quality graphics you'll be waiting longer for game releases than you will for the Xbox 360 and other platforms. Will gamers continue to hold out for releases just to get a small graphics increase? Or will they buy it on a different platforms and skip it on the PlayStation 3?
Hardcore gamers are an impatient group of people. Many of these popular FPS games are purchased or pre-ordered as soon as they're available to do so, holding out for another three months while others are already playing it on a different platform may not be an option.
