Xbox One controller and...

I need some help if anyone here has come across this problem . On my pc I can use the Xbox One controller with all my games except BF 4 . Yes I've installed the correct driver for the XB1 controller , I just can't seem to get it to work with BF 4 .Please help , thanks!
