Friends requests?
I have some folks that added me as a friend I sent accept request back. It is showing pending for xbox 360, I am on One and the people who sent to me are on XB One. Anyone know does that get to them or since they are on XB One they didnt get it and why they dont show up when online?

If you send a person a friend request on the XB1, that basically makes you a "follower" of that person. If the other person accepts your friend request and marks you as a "friend" (not follower), then they will show up in your friends list.
At least, this is what I've been able to piece together from the overly complicated friend/follower system on the XB1.
People need to look at their "Activity" alerts to see if/when someone sends a friend request. I am a noob with the X1 and didn't know that. When I did check it I saw that several had sent requests. I now look for alerts every day.
Otherwise, they do show on both the X1 and 360 once accepted.
I got the friend follower thing. Maybe its because I check it on my computer but I went to followers then added friends and they show pending so I know they have to accept but is says

Do you think since I am on One and so are the people they are not getting it? Seems stupid xbox live is xbox live and what ever you log on to should work.
Do you mean you are trying to get them on your 360? You'll have to boot up your 360 to deal with the requests. I don't think they will show up as 360 friends unless you do it from the 360 console.
Nope Darth I have One and want to play with friends on One but am getting notice of pending requests on 360. Sorry for the confusion. You were my friend prior on 360 and it just carried over to One I see when you are online so I dont know why these new ones are saying pending request on xbox 360 ?
