PS4 ejecting disks.

My playstation 4 has been ejecting disks randomly since I purchased it on launch day. Initially I didn't have a problem with it as I had always planned on purchasing my games digitally. However, you're not seeing the deep discounts on the consoles as you do on the PC and purchasing physical copies is still the most cost effective way to game on the consoles. So, my question is this, is anyone else having issues with their PS4's ejecting disks? I would hate to purchase another one only to have the same issue.
