King's Fall Raid, Fri, Jan 1
Sign up here for the King's Fall raid on Friday, Jan 1 at 9pm Eastern/6pm Pacific. We usually run for about three hours more or less. It seems like most of us have gear that is already in the 300-310 range. To get drops above 310, we will need to advance to hard mode. For the early sections of hard mode, a light level of 300 should be sufficient. If you are one of the first five posters, we will be counting on you. If you need to change plans, we understand, but post here again as soon as possible so we can find a replacement. If there are already five participants, please consider signing up as an alternate. There was some talk on last week's raid thread about preferring to do a full raid clear on normal instead of hard mode next time out. I don't care either way. Feel free to express your opinion below!

Might need to mark me as tentative. Extended family gather that afternoon that might last longer than expected.
x77x: No worries. We'll try Soul first, but we'll still look for you and/or Chaos if we have empty slots. Still isn't entirely clear whether we will do normal or hard, so figuring that out will be the first order of business when we party up.
I say give hard mode a try. Are we going to bother with that PITA gorg challenge again?
Some folks are trying to make it a habit to do all three relevant bosses "the challenge mode way" at all times, to get more practice. It's not a bad thought, but it won't be the priority if we are going to try hard mode.
Tonight we did the first hard mode run our Friday night group has attempted. x77x, OldnAchy, BKVic, SoulTerror, and Duke12 participated. We opened the Warpriest's door, and did significant damage to him, but ran out of time before we could get him down. Next week!
By the by, the hard mode drops are usually worth the pain. I myself got the best ghost I've ever gotten. Come give it a try if you are interested!
I got sharded!
Got a higher level Ghost that solidified my Titan at 310. Lots of fun last night even with the weird network stuff going on. Party chat stopped working with a message that said party chat couldn't work because of network settings. A quick network check showed everything ok. Thanks yet again XBL. I also had two separate screen freezes. Hope that was part of the network weirdness and not my XBONE or installed copy of the game. Will be watching that closely for the next few days.
