The holidays are almost here so here’s some games to help fill up stockings. There’s something for everyone on your shopping list with the final episode of Telltale’s Batman series, a new point-and-click adventures kids will enjoy, and Nintendo’s next foray into mobile after the “HUGE” success of Pokemon Go.
Batman: The Telltale Series - Episode 5: City of Light
Release Date: December, 2016
Platforms: PC, PS4, PS3, XBone, X360
The fifth and final episode of the Batman Telltale series hits platforms and PC this week. I’m not sure if photo is actually from the game or Photoshopped but Batman crying big fake looking tears seems about right for the direction Telltale has gone in with their games the past few years.

Drive! Drive! Drive!
Release Date: December 13, 2016
Platforms: PC, PS4
This driving game challenges you to drive on 3 tracks AT THE SAME TIME. I am terrible at driving games so I wonder if that would give me an advantage in this one.

The Little Acre
Release Date: December 13, 2016
Platforms: PS4, PC, XBOne
I’ve been looking for a new point-and-click adventure game so will need to check this one out. You can play as the parent and child to explore this hand drawn world. The Little Acre was developed by an indie studio in Ireland with lots of ladies on their dev team. Woohoo for more women in the videogames industry!

Platforms: PS4, XBOne
Feist is an ethereal platformer with an ever shifting landscape. Some reviews have said it feels like playing inside a painting.
Super Mario Run
Release Date: December 15, 2016
Platforms: iOS
Nintendo has their next foray into mobile after the success of Pokemon Go with Super Mario Run. From the trailer it looks like Mario live action parkour. But looking a little more into it I don’t think this game will be promoting exercise. Instead it's shorter, touch friendly versions of the Mario gameplay you already love.
