Coffee Memoirs: Who here has been waiting for … THE NEXT BIG THING? Well…this year we have learned not to hold our breath for many a thing… unless you are running in and out of a crowded space and forgot a mask. High on that list of BIG of things are the consoles, Cyberpunk, the bars to fully open and the end of this fucking year already.
So, the consoles. Don’t be that guy… standing in line at your store of choice on release day. Because it IS NOT a choice. The console supplies are currently SOLD OUT. Both the Xbox and Playstation supplies have been depleted in similar fashion to a bunch of middle-aged women trying to get concert tickets for the now much older N-Sync to see their childhood idols. (I know… allowed it, went to it, stood 6 rows from the front and caught a torn sweaty shirt to pass to my wife. If that doesn’t make me a good husband I am going to hell.) If you didn’t already preorder one, your only chance for anything slightly near launch day is dealing with a dirty dirty console scalper. Don’t go and get fooled with a scam in your desperation, they charge too much and like selling boxes filled with similar weight garbage fire.
The great??? Console war of 2020. Which friends SIDE will you choose? How much longer till we can just pick a console and play with all the friends instead? We already know they are capable pending which game, so why not already?
New games and a bunch of re-releases for the consoles because they want you to think there is more. Don’t buy your games a 2nd time guys.
Mature statement warning - So this is going to be rather bold and twisted but the best “anal’ogy I could come up with to describe how much there is this week is … its fuller than a pornstar’s asshole. So, I am going to do some picking and choosing on what’s below.
