GamesRadar has done the dirty work for us on this one, comparing the two rhythm juggernauts with each other on difficulty. From the looks of it, Guitar Hero III is a lot harder than it’s competitor. GamesRadar differentiates the two by comparing them both to Guitar Hero II:
GH III hard = GH II expert
Rock Band Expert = GH II hard
After playing Guitar Hero III, I think that it’s a decent comparison. I can’t say much about Rock Band, however. After the recent delay of the game in Canada, I won’t be stating my opinions anytime soon.
Guitar Hero may be harder but, nothing can replicate the the feeling of you and three friends rocking out to your favorite songs; no matter how hard the other game is.
