I chose to tell the customer service lady that I had already in fact replaced my 360 locally and there was no need to send a new one ( unless of course she felt like she needed too ) Dont think I wasnt tempted. I certainly took more than a second to think it over. But in the end the combination of knowing that I should be honest and, quite frankly, worrying about getting caught at some point led me to what I think was the right decision.
