Reconciliation

I'm trying to learn how this works, slowly but surely.

I think that Faith is a bit like a balloon that you carry around with you and the world is full of sharp objects (sin) that all aimed straight at your balloon.  Walk too close and you might find your balloon pierced, cut or ruptured entirely.

EA Buys BioWare and Pandemic

Bad day for gamers.  Prepare for Mass Effect, the 33rd sequel.

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. - Electronic Arts Inc., the video game developer known for titles such as "Madden NFL" and "The Sims," said Thursday it will pay up to $775 million in cash and stock to acquire two software studios from Elevation Partners. 

The studios, BioWare Corp. and Pandemic Studios, have a total of 10 games under development. Elevation owns their parent, VG Holding Corp.

2007 Anniversary Trip : White River Gardens

You know how most arboretums are rather boring science displays with a bunch of plants and tags/displays showing you what plant is what? Well they had that too but the way they added and mixed in art to their plants was really cool.

I thought they could have done a better job of disguising the HVAC, but I digress. The entryway :

I love to bring my camera to all the little trips we go on but sometimes I forget that I have it until we're already well into the first exhibit. Such is the case here as I forgot to take a picture of the front gates, so all you get is this craptacular little tile from the indyzoo.com site showing the entrance to the zoo and the White River Gardens at right :
