Ok,  i got to work at 5:50 a.m.    wind chill = - 21       not supposed to get above 5 degrees today..... luckily i have 1,000,000,000,000,000 layers of clothing on ( more like 4 layers) and am staying warm next to a turbo heater etc....  think warm thoughts of me :)

 

Also  COLTS WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well quitting smoking is going well i havent completely quit. i was smoking 25 - 30 cigs a day. i now only smoke 1 - 2 a day and only half then.  i have had a couple smokless days but get very anxious sometimes and smoking helps that chewing gum has helped me quit.  hopefully in the coming days i will not be smoking period but dropping 23 cigs out of my daily life to me is a good accomplishemnt.  baby steps i guess. 

on a personal note:

ok i have driven alot this weekend. And havea couple things i want to touch on


#1 if you are going to go the speed limit don;t fucking cruise in the left lane.  If one person passes you on the right. then get over. you are in the way.

#2 Car A is in the left lane going 5 - 10 over the speed limit. car B comes up behind them going much faster.  if car A gets over like they should to allow car B to go by. don;t take 15 mins to pass car A. You are a douche bag if you do.

i am home sick it blows. i ache all over. i am pretty sure i am running with the flu.  i would much rather be outside working right now. man this sux.

it isn;t the falling that hurts it is the sudden stop that seems to always get you.


some idiot tried to break intomy yard at work. in doing so dropped 23 feet breaking both legs, punctured his lung and what not....... like i said  it is falling that isnt so bad it is the sudden stop that seemed to have gotten him.

so...... the moron called 911 from my work phone after he managed to hobble to the phone. told the police he worked there and he feel asleep.
