I attended another taping of the Science Channel Series, Sci-Fi Science : Physics of the Impossible with Michio Kaku on April 23rd, 2010. This was for the 3rd and 4th episodes of Season 2, and featured "How to Defend the Earth from Asteroids" and "How to Build a Solar System". I was there in costume for the tapings, and answered questions they will hopefully use on the show. There was a large turn out with around 50 Sci-Fi fans, with a few in costume.

This was for the first 2 episodes of Season 2, and featured "How to Terraform a Planet" and "How to Colonize the Galaxy". I was there in my Stormtrooper costume for the tapings, and answered questions they will hopefully use on the show. There was a rather large turn out, unlike some previous tapings, with around 100 Sci-Fi fans with a dozen or so in costume, including a Master Chief.

In last weeks episode "How to Build a Flying Saucer" I got to answer a question near the beginning of the episode, and at the end they appeared to reuse some of the Super Hero episode footage with my Stormtrooper Costume again. Tonight 2/16 is the final episode of the season, "How to Build a Force Field" at 10PM EST on the Science Channel. There is also a marathon of the show tonight from 7PM until 3AM, with virtually every episode back to back. We also got word that they are producing a second series that starts shooting in March, hopefully the 501st will be invited to attend again.

It was an interesting experience to say the least, I am not a fan of Snoop. He was a surprisingly nice guy and he was very much into the whole Star Wars / Stormtrooper thing. He asked us a lot of questions about our armor and wanted to know where he could get a Darth Vader outfit.
