I am selling all my Mego Star Trek stuff starting Tuesday night on Ebay. I will also have a PS3 up Friday if EBGames come through with my Pre-Order. My wife was 6th on line, and according to my receipt I should get #7. However I checked with the local EBGames and the clerk said they may not get 8, they have to wait and see how many show up Friday. I also checked on my FYE pre-order I did back in May, no hope on that one. The clerk told me they have been taking pre-orders for a year, and that I was probably in the 3rd or 4th shipment they will get.

Saw this posted around this morning around 7 AM, and I quickly called the little woman. Told her to get the kids to school, and her ass down to EBGames in the mall for a Pre-Order. She got there at 8AM and managed to be #6 in line, she plopped down the $100 and we are hoping for the best. Someone on line complimented her and said she was a really nice wife, tell me about it. Already have a Pre-Order I got with FYE back last April, I have no faith they are ever going to have even a fraction of the number they took pre-orders for.

I was in Manhattan working, and saw the whole thing from my bosses window. I did'nt leave until the first tower fell, only to discover that all transportation was shut down and I had to walk over the 59th street bridge (I'm on 18th st btw). It was scary, sad, and devistating. It was also really hard for my brother and his friends, he had just become a NYC cop. Our twins first birthday was the next day 9/12, and I spent the day at home wondering what kind of future they might have.

Thought you may get a kick out of my contest entry for Sony's Playstation GAP contest. It lost last year, but I still think it's pretty funny. I thought it would be more relevant, now more then ever, with all the articles lately about Parental Supervision of kids gaming habits.

Still playing GRAW, tried to go back to COD2 once they released the fixes and new levels, but no dice. Then GRAW released new content, that was worth the wait. Burnout 3 is great single player, and so is Amped. Full Auto was horrible, and Avoid Chrome Hounds at all costs. Maybe it's just me, a bunch of folks from both 2old2play and 2old2pwn (Who shall remain nameless) recommeded Chrome Hounds to me. I am not usually big on Mech games, and now I remeber why. Too slow, too hard to kill anyone, and too much customization and tinkering.

Very sorry to hear about Knaabis wife. I just got back from my brothers wedding and his wife is 26. I could not image someone that young dying suddenly of heart failure. I feel for Knaabi and his children, I have two 5 year old girls, I dont know what I would even say to them if my wife passed away. G.R.A.W. has taken over my gaming life. I was playing COD2 and Q4, but there is no comparison to this game. Much better graphics, gameplay, single player, and multi-player than any othet Xbox360 game I have played. My only complaint is no Clan support. Ill see you there....

Had a great time last night with KidMach, Count Fartula, and my brother Vega1818. We played some Q4 for about an hour, both Deathmatch and CTF. It has been great rediscovering Quake on the 360, I used to play Q1-Q3 on the PC with my Clan of the Caveman, but after my Twins were born in 2000, I wasnt able to as much, and Lan parties were out of the question. Now with the 360 I do get some time when they go to bed to get in some great Quake online action.
