I have had the most ridiculous time dealing with what xbox calls "customer service". Since June 8th, when the red ring of death struck my console, I have been going through a living hell trying to get my 360 repaired! As I sit here writing this virgin blog of mine I am STILL waiting for the coffin to arrive so i can ship the thing to M$ and begin my journey into the second level of hell! Ihave spent about eight hours of crappy on hold music, customer agents and supervisors just to get to where they finally elevated it to M$.
