Does everyone have a 360 complaint?

I have had the most ridiculous time dealing with what xbox calls "customer service". Since June 8th, when the red ring of death struck my console, I have been going through a living hell trying to get my 360 repaired! As I sit here writing this virgin blog of mine I am STILL waiting for the coffin to arrive so i can ship the thing to M$ and begin my journey into the second level of hell! Ihave spent about eight hours of crappy on hold music, customer agents and supervisors just to get to where they finally elevated it to M$. I now have a "specialist" personally taking care of me as of the eleventh of this month and he finally has been able to get a coffin shipped three day express UPS! He already told me not to expect a ten day turn around due to their crazy rework load heaped on them. I do appreciate his candor and honesty(especially after the cust. serv. bull@#$%  I dealt with!). But I would like to think a company such as M$ will do the right thing and compensate me in some way for the unexcusable amount of lost time they put me through. Maybe some M$ points or something. Anyhow, that's it for my first blog on the most kickass old gamers website i've had the priveledge of belonging to! Good luck to all of the rest of you 360 gamers and hope to see ya in battle!

You know, my experience with MS was very good when my red ring of death showed up. I'd had my 360 for a total of 6 months when it went belly-up. I called MS, didn't wait too ungodly of a time, got a box within two days, and got a BRAND NEW machine 7 days later. They said it would be quicker to do that, and I was like, "Great, as long as this one lasts longer than 6 months." So yeah, best of luck in surviving the coming weeks with no 360.
