Wow it just keeps coming

My last entry was a bit weird and a jumbled mess, that issue has, by the grace of God, been ironed out and looks bright in for the future.  Thank you all for the prayers and positive thoughts.

Went and lifted Thursday and afterwards went to run sprints at the HS practice field.  After about six behind my knee was swollen and I couldnt take the constant popping whenever I took a step.  The popping intensified the harder I ran, so I called it quits for the night.  Tonight I have a new class so I wont be working out.  Friday's game is gettin closer and I'm afraid I"m not going to be ready for it.  If I dont get injured I can live with the aches and pains for a day or two.

Thursday 5/17

This is more for me to keep track of my progress & to hold myself accountable as well. I was informed Sat. that the annual alumni football game is 2 weeks away. Gee thanks for the effin notice, so I plan on starting a really hard workout program for the next 2 weeks (well as intense as I can handle)

Mon-School night so nothing I ate next to no points though. yea I'm going by my wife's weight watcher points

Tue-Leg & shoulder/back lifts, Rode bike ate very well calorie wise

AWESOME!

Got a call from my softball coach and we start on APR 4th!  Still too far away.  Best news we've been sponsered for spring, summer, & fall leagues plus state Qualifer tourney &  if we make it State(I know we will tho).  Only reason we didnt go to state last year was cuz we didn't want to foot the bill for it.  I cant wait, I probably need a new glove I've only had this one for 12 years & my cleats are beginnig to fall apart too.

Hunting Trip-How it really happened!!

1:00AM- Alarm clock goes off.

2:00AM- Hunting buddies arrive, drag you out of bed.

2:30AM-Throw everything not bolted down in the pickup.

3:00AM- Leave for the Deep Woods.

3:15AM- Drive back home to get gun.

3:30AM- Drive like Hell to get to the woods before daylight.

4:00AM- Set up camp, forgot tent.

4:30AM-Head into the woods.

6:05AM- See 8 deer.

6:06AM- Take aim and squeeze trigger.

6:07AM- Load gun while watching deer go over hill.

8:00AM- Head back to camp.

9:00AM- Still looking for camp.
