Shared on Thu, 05/17/2007 - 14:00This is more for me to keep track of my progress & to hold myself accountable as well. I was informed Sat. that the annual alumni football game is 2 weeks away. Gee thanks for the effin notice, so I plan on starting a really hard workout program for the next 2 weeks (well as intense as I can handle)
Mon-School night so nothing I ate next to no points though. yea I'm going by my wife's weight watcher points
Tue-Leg & shoulder/back lifts, Rode bike ate very well calorie wise
Wed-Softball so no lifting. Worked my neck when I got home. Ate less than projected points. we won 24-0 & 17-3 against my company's team
Tonight- Lift legs heavy. Meet buddy at field to do sprints and throw the ball. Will do neck as well. I hurt my neck bad last year & I dont want that to happen again.
I'm not concerned as much with my arm strength or speed more of being able to stay in the game the whole time. I know 2 weeks isnt enough time to get a good stamina built up but it will be better than nothing. hey I might just develop some good eating and exercising habits too. I'd love to drop some pant sizes and fit into all my summer clothes from last year and maybe get a step or two back on the ball field.
