I got a 360 last night. I am very impressed, immersed, and wowed. Now if I only had Market Place points!

All I need to do is get a new headset (the one outta the box gives my friends an echo on their end and the thing is total crap to begin with) and relax because I'm treating like a million dollar vase. Can't really let it go red circle or brick on me, so I'm holding my breath everytime I use it....

Anyone know of a good, economy headset?

Ya proally didn't notice, but I took a week off from the site and Halo. It was the longest I ever went with out playing Halo since Halo 2 came out.

I'm finally out of my rut, thinking outside the box, and doing better overall. Which is where I was trying to be at before the break and not achieving that made me terribly frustrated.

I capped an awesome Double Team game with my clanmate Phat Lard Tina last night that I want to share:

Well, I like to think of VF as the Timex of 2o2p: We take an [ass kicking] and keep on ticking.

Thats what the Teamsters did to us last night. They cleaned house in all three games and gave us one of our worst losses in a slayer game ever. However, we didn't walk away sore, we walked away with some knowledge and with more cohesion for our alts. as Beholder and RedSooner were off tonight.

Well I'm finally on the Video Capture band wagon.... Got a Pinacle MovieBox with all the good software for under $60. So now everyone will get to see my Crappy BR in action! I got a couple of good bits thus far, but no full game worth saving. Post match write ups are going to be a little more visual and a lot more detailed now that I don't need to rack my brain trying to remember who kicked my ass repeatedly...

If you asked me two days ago if I would ever play a Real Time Strategy (RTS) game, I would respond with a loud "Hell no!" Now that Halo Wars has been announced it has instantly found a place on my wish-list.

"But why won't you play any RTS games Lith? And why get Halo Wars? It is an RTS after all!"  

....

Thats the only way I can sum up last nights match. The total in game match time adds up to 22 minutes and 42 seconds. Wow. Now I could tell you that Laud had two broken hands, Holder let his daughters play for him, Red was playing blindfolded, and my win button was broken but that would not be fair to the amount of skill and teamwork Team Spoooon demonstrated last night. I haven't been in awe like that since we played vs. Alpha at the start of last season. Good match guys.

For some odd twist of fate VF never played against Moes Hoes last ladder season. So I was really looking forward to go up against them last night. We were well matched and the series turn out to be really intense and fun all at the same time.
