The concept of a homunculus (Latin for "little human", plural "homunculi"; the diminutive of homo, "human") is, most generally, any representation of a human being. It is often used to illustrate the functioning of a system. In the scientific sense of an unknowable prime actor, it can be viewed as an entity or agent.

So its almost full on spring and time for me to get the bike back out of storage and get it ready for this year.  But I do have a problem.   There is a part I need to replace but the issue is that I don't know what it is called.  I have  never been mechanically inclined to begin with.  I have been looking through the intranet tubes and I can't find out what it is called so I can even order it online.  So I thought I would turn to the masses.
