Not to continue to complain, but what the hell.

On a positive note,my tech did decide to stay on board with us.  That's a good news, considering its 16thousand dollars less than what she was offered.  What can I say, she has a excellent boss.  Also, we may be getting another tech from our flagship lab, she may transfer over, she heard we had a opening and she seems pretty interested which is good.

Not to continue to complain, but what the hell.

I know they are not going to cough up a extra buck a hour for a tech that has only been working for us for 6months.  So I know she is gone.

Oh well, I'll manage.  Probably start smoking pot.

But the next piece of mirth is that they have installed web filters.  So I can't even surf anymore.

On a side note, I have decided its time for me to have my own office, so I am building walls out of soda cans.  Pics to follow.

Work. I love work. Seriously I do. I enjoy my field of work, I enjoy for the most part working with patients and providing testing.

I enjoy running my lab, dealing with issues isn't a bother. The piles of paper work. The requirements that I have to make sure are taken care of to stay accredited. All that stuff isn't a big deal. Dealing with different personalities all day and trying to keep people from killing each other is just another thing I do all day.
