Sitting here watching the 600 and the sun is going down. My wife is at her first race. I will blog more later on about the day. It has been a fun day. I just met up with JeepChick77, her husband Fret and their son. Fret gets to come home soon. My wife got to see a lady flash. I told her she probably would. I missed it and asked my wife how they looked. She hit me. Having fun

Instant Message conversation with my wife:

 Wife:  Daughter (name changed) just asked out-of-the-blue, "Let's go to the pet store and buy a baby horse.  I want a baby horse."
 Me: LOL
 Wife: So, i tell her all the reasons we can't have a horse.  No barn, no pasture, baby horses are very expensive to buy and take care of,etc,etc,etc.
 Wife: Her reply:"Let's get a big horse, then."
 Me: LOL
 Wife: Little stinker.

So last night I decided to leave work on time and get home to spend more time with the wife and kid.  I get home and I was in the kitchen talking with the wife.  We were discussing something about the stove and I went to move our cast iron frying pan.  WRONG THING TO DO.  I completely forgot that the wife had just took the cast iron pan out of the oven and dumped the corn bread.  So, 400 degree cast iron vs bare skin......  Is there any question to the outcome??

You know, most mornings I wake up thinking "I am FAT".  While I am not a huge person I do have some extra weight that I need to get rid of.  I joined the 2old2play weight loss group and although I have been AWOL from the forum, I have been working out most weeks 5 days a week.  I haven't stayed away from all the foods that SoupNazzi listed but I have been practicing moderation.
