Work ... sleep, repeat.  I am a night owl  I never go to bed before 12.  This week it has been 10 or 11.  I would have went to bed at 9 last night, but I forced myself to stay awake to watch "The Deadliest Catch".  Was at work at 6:30 am yesterday and at 7:30 today.  Working ... sleeping.. working.. sleeping..

Saturday afternoon my wife and I drove down to Atlanta to visit the JollyRoger family. The whole family was there. So we talked with Jolly and Stacey and played with Jimmy, Ian and Megan. I hadn't seen the kids in over a year. Wow!! Growing up fast. Megan and I played the game "take your nose". Jimmy put on a doctor's jacket and was listening to everyone's heart with a stethoscope. Ian was showing off everyone how he could walk.

I got some bad news last night. A college friend was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. THAT BITES !!! She has a 4 month old son.

I had just participated in a Relay for Life, this past weekend. We walked all night, 7 pm - 7 am. I didn't walk the entire time, since I had to run some errands for our team. But somone from our team was walking the entire time. A team member and I were the last ones of the walking track. We left the track at 6: 45 am. During that time I walked 9.26 miles.
