Aside from the internet problem I had last night...sorry if I missed anyone...(It seems that the internetz are out to get me!)

...I just got a phone call from HR at the hospital I interviewed at...they are "Going forward in checking my references and making sure I am still interested in the position."  !!!

Double w00t!!

Tomorrow I am playing HALO 3 at my mom's...don't make any jokes, she's the coolest mom ever!

I have a friend who started taking Banjo lessons a few years ago and since then, he's really gotten good.  Well...as some of you may know, I decided to start learning how to play the guitar last year about this time.  I love it...I learn a lot...and sometimes even tho' my hand cramps because I'm trying something new, it just makes me think about the things I couldn't do, but can do now.

They ask dumb questions...mostly about my personality type...nothing about my skills, or what I can do with a computer...if I thought I could learn the job...or even that I can speak Spanish...

I have a job interview at the hospital for a Patient Registration On-Call position!  I'm beaming ear to ear!  I'm so excited.  I only put in the application last Monday or Tuesday...I think that's quick!  My mom used to work for the woman I'm going to interview with.  I don't want to say I'm riding on my mom's coat-tails, but sometimes, it is all about who you know.  I think this is definitely one of those instances.  And, I'm ok with that.

Yes yes...bank accounts...not because mine is dwindling and not getting bigger, but because someone stole my credit card info, and started spending money. In January, I got one of those letters...you know the ones that say, "Your credit card info could have been compromised, to prevent damage, we're sending you a new one." Ok fine...I even got a phone call from my branch telling me when the old card would be canceled. Would you worry about it from that point on?
