What to do ohhhhhhh

I started training my new hire this week, I was told that he would be listed under training hours. Come to find out not only is he taking hours from my flat rate, but he is one of the most worthless people I have ever worked with.  After two days of trying to figure out how to make this work, I gave up trying to get him to listen to my instructions.  I had a co-worker from out of town come work with us and agree 100% with my feelings of hate lol.... After all week of explaining to my boss that this isnt going to work out, I was told that we would give him another chance next week.

i hate this week!

So here is my week...... It started with my boss telling me on Monday, that I am being investigated by my company. It seems they don’t see how I could get my job done in the time frames I have been finishing it. So after their "investigator" worked with me for three days, I hear that nothing but praise has been given about me my work and the relationships with management I have.   After all this started I instantly went on the job hunt, and found a couple promising leads.

Xmas recap

Wow, worked out well, if it wasnt for not having the oldest it would of been our best Xmas yet! Hope everyone had a great Xmas and I look forward to meeting more of you!

New post but hey........

Merry Xmas to me, and i guess me since this is my 1st post on my 2o2p blog; I am happy to have found a site like this and cant wait to hook up with some people on xbl, vs just getting my ass kicked by my 11 year old..... *sigh* such is life lol.......

PS i do kill her more now that she cant watch my screen when we system link LOL...
