I had no idea what  to expect  yesterday at my grandmothers funeral. I really wanted my mother to be there just for support and she did show up along with my other grandmother and my step-father. What I was not expecting was how well she got along with my father.

My parents divorced 28 years ago when I was barely 3 years old and they havn't had a nice word to say about each other since. The last time they even spoke to each other was almost 18 years ago. But after the funeral when we all went to the wake at the local VFW this is what happened.

The funeral is tomorrow and I don't know how I'm even feeling yet. I'm upset that she died but I'm not the emotional wreck I thought I'd be. I guess I'll just go and see what happens.
I know one thing is for sure. I'm going back to work Tuesday because this sitting home and thinking crap is driving me insane.

I havn't been around in a couple of weeks because my computers motherboard blew up. I planned on building a newer more powerful desktop but in the meantime I bought a new Toshiba laptop.

So the bad news...

Y'know it just dawned on me that a few months back I took pictures of my new house and posted them here. Showing it off before we moved in.

Well Michelle and I moved in a while ago and since then I've done quite a bit of work finishing the hard wood flooring, remodeling the bathroom, etc etc...

Anyway I thought it would be fun to show the original pics I took again before we moved in, and then compared them to ones I just took a few minutes ago.

I have never had any luck subscribing to anything over the internet. A little over a year ago I tried to subscribe to Wizard and Toyfare magazines only to get an email later on saying they couldn't process my card for some reason.

Last year I tried to subscribe to the new series of Ghost Rider comics through Marvel's website. But then I forgot about it and they took so long to remove the funds from my account, by the time they got around to it I had spent it on something else so the subscription was rejected.

But finally! I have accomplished a subscription!

So I was browsing through myspace earlier and I happened acroos this member profile. I instantly had to look twice because I almost passed by it without a seconds thought.
