Its been a long weekend.  My sons third birthday party was Saturday.  So most of my weekend consisted of preparing for the party, surviving the party and cleaning up after the party.  Remind me again why we clean BEFORE everyone comes????  It ends up looking like you didn't clean anyways??!!

"What, do you wanna cookie?"  I go to get mine and my little girls hair cut.  It was a late appointment and I had to take the little man with me (who will be turning 3 next week).  As he quietly plays with his cars and my daughter colors in her coloring book I'm getting my hair chopped off.  No more "growing it out".  I can't stand it.  Anyways, once I'm done my daughter is up in the chair.  When she is nearly done I say to my son "Pick up your cars because we are ready to leave."  The hairdresser then says to him "You've been a very good boy wh

We have been thinking about getting a Wii for Christmas.  (I know, a long way off but I'd like to get one before the crazy shopping rush.  I hate crowds and shopping anytime after Thanksgiving drives me nuts!)  I think my daughter would get a kick out of some of these games and between hubby, myself and the kids I think it will give us some memorable gaming moments together.   What I'm wondering is what games are the best?  I've heard the sports games are the best.   I've done some searching on the web but was hoping some of you who have the Wii
