Beware folks. I was playing Halo 3 last night and ended up in one of those rooms with people that scream and giggle incoherently into their headsets constantly. Is it necessary people? …. Was I in a matchmaking room? No this was in a room with 2old2lay people in it. Yeah I know you all (the 3 people who read my blog) are reeling in your seats right now, I know. But thank god for the mute button. I did get to play with a better crowd eventually. Thanks the 2old4duty clan for some good games last night.

It’s all over. Got to EB at 6:30 and waited in line. Ten people in front of me. Standing there quietly, then it happens. You getting Legendary or collectors? Legendary here, collectors here. Cool, yeah. Suddenly you are surrounded by people who for the next five hours are your friends. The where bags of chocolate bars passed around, ordered pizza, the guys at the EB dragged the PS3 kiosk out and we watched season 4 of Red VS Blue. My wife joined the line with me at around 10. The Master Chief showed up, and we took his picture. It was fun and friendly.

Against my better judgment I am going be waiting in line for most of the evening for my head in a box. It’s funny but my whole life I have been a night owl. But just recently I have noticed a change; I actually look forward to an early night. I push it on a daily basis. Habits don’t die easily. I am really excited about H3, I can remember when it was supposed to be an RTS. I am excited enough to go wait in line just to play it at the first possible opportunity. But a part of me wants that 11pm bedtime. Oh well, I took two days off so I can catch up on my sleep. See some of you online maybe.
