Sup peeps?!? Long time no see!! Been doin a lot of trainin for what I hope is gonna be a promotion. Went back to the doc for my knee evaluation and well.....looks like arthoscopic surgery is in the offing :( Just didn't respond as well to the shots as he/me would have liked. Still a lil ways off tho since my supervisor is moving on and that leaves me runnin the show for a bit. Hopefully I'll get that job (fingers crossed) Speaking of work...... see ya on the other side!!

Sup peeps?!?! I trust alla ya are keeping cool in this heatwave. I got my second shot of Euflexxa this week for my left knee. Doc compares it to changing oil in a car as it replaces the lubricant between your joints. I gotta say this shit might actually work as I've actually felt a bit of relief from the pain. Injecting the gel is painful as fuck but if it works?!?!? Last shot is on the 1st so I oughta be decent for the 4th. So how 's gaming been for ya's? Fight Night 4 FTW.....I may suck but it's a blast!! Speaking of FN4 before I bug out I wanna thank Boomer for the new background pic!!

Sup peeps?!?!?! Are y'all enjoying Map Pack 2 as much as I am?? I'll make this quick so we all can get back to it. This coming Monday I go in for an MRI on my left knee. Doc thinks I could have tear in the miniscus(sp) ligamint and the xrays won't show everything he needs to see. If it is torn could spell arthoscopic surgery. Well.......back in 85' my dad died. He died from complications from knee surgery.....torn ligamints. Back then after surgery the patients still had to wear those big casts on the knee after surgery.

Soon....very soon....DogusMaximus....your ass is mine!! LOL.... Here lately it's been on my mind to go back and work on getting the gold cross in COD 4. Looks like there is a tie in from MW to MW2 in single player so maybe there might be some sort of tie in somewhere in multiplayer. Figure with a LOT of HQ I just might make it by 11-10-9. Anywho just thought I'd pop in for a sec or two.
