Awhile back I set a goal for myself to knock out some Achievements, and obtain a 30 Skill Rank to get my "Star" lol. Well last night after about a WEEK of hitting the Team Slayer playlist pretty hard.. I accomplished my goal. A buddy of mine from Halo 2, has now decided that it's time to play Halo 3 more often. And well.. we linked up last night. I was at 25, having lost my last game Sunday afternoon and dropping back to 25. He began a 33. He quickly ranked up.. seeing as how he's a pretty good player, and we were winning.

A week or so ago I began my quest to obtain as many achievements as I could.. Well.. things are going well. In the first week I knocked out alot of the more simple Achievements on my own in campaign, and in Lone wolf. Recently Ive been working on beating the game on legendary with some freinds. KS, Krull, and me are working on beating it on legendary, KS has a new tag so he wants to beat it too :).

After reading a recent blog by hubristic I decided that maybe it's time to hit the lone wolf playlist a little harder, and start trying for some achievements. Well I did, and almost immediatly I found myself getting a few, and relized that over that last few months I've gotten quite a bit better at Halo 3. I quit going to lone wolf for a long time, because really I wasnt as strong a player when alone. But now, after a few months of playing regularly, and hanging out with people im learning from, lone wolf feels alot easier.

No sleep at all.. personal life problems really keeping me down lately etc etc. But last night playing some Halo with a great group of people helped a bit :). I had a great time. Didnt really play to the best of my ability but I had fun, and look forward to doing it again, probably thursday night.
