Then you have songs coming out that actually sound country, talking about small town country living, but are filmed in the big city. The video just doesn't match what the song is about. Some good news came in the mail today. The workshop I recently finished is starting a new course: advanced novel writing. The letter informed me that my previous instructor has recommended me for the course. There's no guarantee I'll be accepted, but it's nice to know someone is rooting for me and actually believes in me. I should find out within the next month, so keep your fingers crossed.
