Well finally got to tear into the xbox (I love hacking up a perfectly good case) (know what I hate doing though? Soldering...) Anyway installed the talismoon whisper legacy fan... The high low fan switch is installed in front of one of the memory card doors so when you push on the door it activates the "Nitro" mode... stealth... also installed the blue led's and glow modso as long as the power is plugged in the ROL will have a soft pulse of blue... I also installed Vibration dampening Rubber pads and grommits to the optical drive...

Still waiting on a lot of parts but I've started working on the stand for the xbox, Its going to be a recognizer standing over the xbox at over 2 feet tall and nearly 3 feet wide it will be lit up in all the orange goodness I can muster...

Tron Movie pin that I sanded the back down to mount as a badge, will be lit from behind...

This is the sinc button I'll be using It is the chest RT from a 12" ironman figure

Ok so this will be my update day, even if I just check in and say I dont have anything to show you cause I've either been a slack ass all week, or have had catastrophic failures. Anyway I'm still early in the planning stages, waiting on a lot of stuff, got a big list of stuff to order, but I needed to start working out some features. It is real easy to make a photoshop mockup, but turning that into real life can sometimes be tricky. I got the spinmaster lights and sounds identity disc and proceded to tear it apart. all I'll be using is the front face.

I am once again going to be making a console for the gammers gone wild pax east party in boston this march. The theme this year if you havent guessed is TRON. Everyone hear @2o2p is gonna have a front row seat to the build with updates and first looks galore. Well without further adue here is my concept design for the console.
