Shared on Fri, 11/09/2012 - 09:39So i recently got Assaissn's Creed 3 this week. Got to admit it's actually pretty good no matter who says it. Well, you do play diffrent character at first before you get to the main guy conner (plus you do paly as Desmond when outside the animus), but if you ever played any of the assassin's creed games you should feel right at home. The new control mechanics will take getting used to but it should be second nature by then. I haven't even gone to the multiplayer yet but i hear it's almost as good as the main game. If you're a fan of the series, please pick it up. It's well worth the money.

I've played and finished AC3 and I think it was aweful. The game is totally off the rails and lost it's way, it's a mish mash of mini games, QTRs and in my opinino filled with things that are totally irrelevant . Visually yes it's very nice and the setting is also excellent. However all the time spent on the hunting engine could have been better used, am i playing an assassins creed game or cabelas hunting? This franchise desperately needs a reboot and get back to the core of the game, ASSASSINATING people. This will be my last AC game unless they get their shit together.

Ok i hear you on that one and some other people like yourself feel the same way. But let's look at the facts: Many "Gaming Publication Experts" and i'm using quotes on this one gave it a pretty decent score of 8 or 8.5 which usually means pretty good or decent. It's obvious that ubisoft wanted to end the series on a high note and whether the hit or miss their mark is somewhat irrelevent. But if your telling me that the final game of the series is awful beyond belieif is like preaching to a not so converted quire here. Besides how many games in you know in a series where the third game suck balls?
