The Wait is Over...

You can have your other holidays.  Your other celebrations.  The wait is finally over.  Goettafest has returned. 

For the uninitiated among you, goetta is simply the best food ever created.  Ever.  You can read all about this culinary marvel here en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goetta. 

To be fair, goetta deserves way more than just a weekend festival once a year.  Goetta Month would be more appropriate.  And every month ending in "Y" or "R" would be Goetta Month. 

So, to all of you who have never experienced the near-orgasmic pleasure of goetta, I pity you.  I pity the fool who don't eat goetta.
