It's almost time for Extra Life!

First of all, I want to thank everybody who supported our team when I originally posted my July blog. We are now just a couple of weeks away from Extra Life! As you can see here, I have purchased enough energy shots to kill a lambent leviathan to make sure that I make it the whole 24 hours.

Play Games. Heal Kids.

Dear 2o2p Friendies:

Many of you are probably already familiar with the organization Extra Life. They raise money every year by hosting a 24-hour gaming marathon, and all the proceeds go to local Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. This year's event takes place on October 15th, and the guys from Tailgate365.com and I have teamed up as gaming parents to raise as much as we possibly can for our local hospitals.

Consequences Will Never Be The Same

I got chided by my wife recently for having a little outburst toward the kids.  They had been whining, crying and flat-out refusing to do what they were told for a couple of days and I'd had enough.  I told them that I was tired of the whining and that the refusals were going to end or consequences would never be the same.
